I mean, in order for a housing bubble to be deemed national, why shouldn't desirable locations be examined for weakness?

Oh yeah, for sure. Its just that these better areas will hold their value longer and fall last , at least thats what has always happened in the past. I think this month is the tell, we either recover here as a seasonal event or the decline is upon us.
