I'm just starting to take a look at this stock. I'm curious about the fact that stated company policy is "no reverse splits". Why would they say that? Does that translate as "we don't use sleight of hand, we're really going to make this company worth something"? Or does it mean "don't bother putting your money here if you're thinking we'll do a r/s and it'll all get better"? Thoughts?
