Haven't heard much about flooding, other than the occasional road, usually at Hopland or on the coast. Navarro River came close.
Haven't heard anything about Clear Lake, but I suspect the water has been lapping at back doors of some on the shore.

I think the biggest damage has been to the roads. Parts of 101 are really in bad shape, like the Willits grade.
Supposedly cursed by an Indian lady in the 20's. I dunno; all I know is they have done major repairs ever since we moved here. Tear up 2 lanes, fix the drainage and replace. Repeat the following lear. Or maybe the opposite lanes, or all :>)
(and major problems at a big ongoing slide at Confusion HIll, north of me).
