While we are attacking one another on this thread. we are letting the real crooks slip out of our fingers, letting them keep spending investors' money in legal fees for a fraud they committed.

For incompetence alone, Walsh and Federhoff should return all their ill-earned money to shareholders. It is because of their incompetence, if they really are not part of the fraud which I strongly believe they are part of it, they must take responsibility. Return the money! However, IMHO, a crook is always a crook. They will continue to suck until it is dry!
