Franks was one of the Three Stooges that got Dumbya's medal last year (the other two clowns were Bremer and Tenet and apparently their medals for screwing up Iraq and the intelligence respectively).

And Myers' daughter was appointed as head of the INS recently, even though she has ZERO experience in that area.
