JF, so we agree on two things:

a) America cannot support full employment.
b) America MUST enforce the law, including immigration law.

So what happens when (a) and (b) conflict? We come up with:

c) Legal immigration limits must be raised.

But maybe we ought to enforce the law first, then think about raising the limits? I think we should do both at the same time.
