Here is a question for somebody who may be up on sec rules. As of 6:20 thier is no 10k filing which means they missed the 15 day extension. Assuming they didn't file today (it may be posted late), can they still do a deal with the preferred? Obviously they don't have any cash but if you are not in compliance with your filing I thought you could not issue any new equity for 2 years. So that will prevent them from doing a equity deal and since they have no cash how does this play out? Can any one confirm that Sec rule?
