Just go to stockcharts.com and look at whatever you want - yields, bond indices etc. Without a membership you only get 3 years. Yahoo can give you the raw data can can put into whatever software you use.

^TNX on Yahoo is the most followed yield index. ^BNDUS is the Lehman Brothers US Bond Index which is the most commonly used total return benchmark.
