I don't anything about the management, however I have used one of their products (SeOS, UNIX security) and it is very impressive. As far as I know, it's functionality is unique and also greatly desirable for those sites with tough security requirements.

All I can say about the company is that the personnel I have dealt with are switched on and focused.
