It's obvious that Taro, as a foreigner, doesn't understand that impeachment is like an indictment, but not a conviction. The fact is, Clinton was not found "guilty" of the crimes for which he was impeached by the Senate. Most Americans understand now that the Starr witch hunt, which started with a land deal and ended with a blow job, was a misguided abberation led by right wing nuts.

Clinton has looked better every year Bush has been President. He towers like a God over the failed policies of the chimpistration.
