Gary, thanks for the comment. I'm still kicking myself for
descending to the level of the common flamer. I usually try to
keep my posts at a "discussion" level. I forgot my "count to ten"
rule in this case. I hope he accepts my apology.

What grates on me is that there is no evidence that ASND has lost even
a nickel of revenues here. Revs that don't make Q3 move to Q4. If they
are a penny or two short who really cares, as focus IMMEDIATELY SHIFTS
to Q4. This is certainly not an issue to take the stock down 33% from
$48 to $32.

ASND has NOT warned, may not warn, and even if they do they will be
close, IMO. People looking for (or worried about) really bad earnings
are using bad information such as this $0.02 vs $0.09 stuff or the
analyst who projected $1.29 for 1998 without considering CSCC's
contributions.

A lot of people are playing on fear here. Consider this. ASND's
52 week low was $36 prior to Monday. Millions of shares traded below
that last week. This means that anyone who sold lost money even if
they held shares for a year or more. This excludes people like Tim
who bought on Monday and sold on Friday for a profit. Most of those
millions of shares had to be held by institutions who sold in a
panic on this type of bad information.

This week is quarter close for funds. If any still own ASND, there
could be further selling, but come Monday 10/2 we have a new ball game.
