basically in simple terms.. when I see it, good happens or is about to happen (119) when i see the "other" number the opposite happens (911) but you have to "accidently" see it..like on your alarm clock just some bizarro superstition I have..I get intense about it when I see the numbers over and over and over again it's not science, just one of my supersitions
