The Easter demon has struck me! I turned my computer on 3 different times today and each time my internet connection was gone. They finally fixed it each time, but none of the service techs knew what was wrong or what the cure is, especially how to prevent it or giving me some directions about how to repair it myself. The message is always, "All technicians are helping other customers, your wait time is approximately 12 minutes. double arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!
