I can understand those numbers. Seattle's housing is VERY expensive. Unless people who are coming here are wealthy, they probably couldn't live in the greater Seattle area....And even a couple of areas on the chart you posted are as well...Bellevue is the home of many new immigrants, as well as the home of Bill Gates (technically he lives in Medina, a teny town right in the middle of Bellevue) and Redmond is the home of Microsoft, and all the etc's....so many people are coming here from all over the world to work there.
