The strangest statement is about the "war freaks" "slinking back their think-tanks." I can't even tell if it's supposed to mean people who want war in commodity-producing countries, or people in the United States who want war.

I think this guy has gift of prophecy and speaks in tongues and needs someone else to provide the exegesis for his sacred texts.
