I have an opposite view. IPIC Cap is around 470 million at 14 per share. Pricey to me when Redux is removed from the picture. Remember IPIC got up to this Cap because of REDUX in the first place, even though it was even higher (around 40 a share) before this mess. IMO FDA will never allow redux back on. I don't know about IPIC's liability at all but I know that lawyers are going to salivate for that 60 million IPIC has. Look at it this way; IPIC has just dropped from the tier of companies that have a blockbuster marketed to the tier of companies still developing. Someone said something about their insurance company earlier, but will this cover the potential liability? And if so, the insurance company might not stand by IPIC. A lot of unknowns. I don't like to go long in that situation. I am going in short. Good luck to all, paul
