gtoguy...I called Ameritrade yesterday and asked about the information statement that was supposed to be sent out to all the shareholders. They have not received anything from the company as of yesterday. However, I believe this link has the information you are asking about. It came off the company website I think, compliments of rrm_bncu. suretrace.com Hope this helps. Why we haven't received our own copies I don't know. FWIW, on the first page, it states..."This Information Statement is being mailed to the stockholders of the Company, commencing on or about April 4, 2006." About April 4 means they may have not mailed them yet, and maybe won't until after April 25, imho. Bones
