Penalties for IRA withdrawl? Why withdraw? You just do a rollover to another brokerage.

Well, one good reason would be that if Fidelity is giving you good service and if you are in one of its funds and the interest/dividend on that fund is outpacing the market, I'd say you'd be the fool to close out those accounts.
I own NOT ONE mutual fund. OK?
