The liberal left will begin to gain some ground when they (you) learn to cut the crap out of your rhetoric. That list would have some teeth if you cut out some of the items that are unfounded.

For example:

1) Lies toward war. By now everyone has chewed this fat to death. We can decide for our selves whether or not the Admin was acting on the consensus of opinion at the time of making their decision to go to war or not. Only the most extreme and agendized left still rants about the decision being based on Bush/Cheney lies. This item diminishes the strength of your platform tremendously. It actually drives people away from the liberal agenda. When you have made a good case for this complaint that might change. However, at this point, it remains based on unsupported allegations, rumor, and innuendo... often over blown for emotional effect.

2)Domestic Spying? Sheesh, another one that has been over blown to the point that it drives rational people away. The average Mo on the street believes this surveillance has been for the purpose of uncovering terrorist strategies and operations and does not believe that the admin has used this information against the citizenry of the United States for ulterior motives.

The rest of your list has potential although some of the items fall under a 'so what' category.
