ASML clearly missed analyst predictions concerning revenue and earnings but their outlook is really strong. What I do like is how reliable/conservative their own predictions are:

Predicted in Q3/2005 for Q4:
Shipment of 40 units
Booking of 46 units

Actual numbers Q4/2005:
Shipment of 47 units
Booking of 55 units

Predicted in Q4/2005 for Q1/2006:
Shipment of 48 units
Bookings of 55 units

Actual numbers Q1/2006:
Shipment of 51 units
Bookings of 65 units

Predicted in Q1/2006 for Q2:
Shipment of 64 units
Bookings of 65 units

They keep missing however their estimates of ASPs (combined for new and used systems), which explains the lowish Q1 revenue. Further contributing to this fact, revenues from "field and service options" dropped from 92 million in Q4/2005 to 76 million in Q1/2006, which I fail to understand. Regardless, ASML is looking very good (again) and at least in terms of sales there are absolutely no indications of a weaker second half of the year.
