When it came time to unzip it, QP asked me if 9/19/97 was a holiday?

Check your e-mail for a zip file.
Place it in your qp2data/incoming directory
run QP_PROC

Is it possible to continue to use "else" as many times as necessary (maybe 4 criteria that
needs to be met rather than just 2) or can you use the "else" only once?

I have not tried, but in general an "else" clause evaluates as the inverse of the "if" condition (i.e. "if Beta NOT<= 1" or in other words "if BETA > 1").... more then one would be very hard to imagine.
