Hi, Gene and "Up the Stairs". Not talking about the markets per se. I was talking about other types of assets, as well as consumer/citizen attitudes more than anything. Complacency seems to be like a cancer that spreads from one vital organ to another. Bubbles can pop up in many other areas, other than just the markets.

Political complacency is likely to be historically documented as our biggest sin.

Real Estate is looking more and more like it is about to bubble over. Another dollar per barrel more today. . . another big day on the Dow. It is as though investors have nothing to say about global economy. The exuberance I speak of is in regard to other areas of finance. . . certainly not stocks (especially techs). Sorry if I misled anyone. Let me know if I can clarify anymore.
