I've been warning that this company has management problems. Looks like it's beginning to affect them if today's after hour markets are an indicator. In particular the coding and or servers are in bad shape. But basically the managment of this company has been ignoring it's customers or worse for some time. It looks like trouble to me. Money is made by innovating not using your position of power to squeeze your clients. Conversely Amazon has been workin' hard to improve their stuff and compete with eBay.
