The dynamics are interesting and really tell a confusing story.... A reverse stock split that loses 90% of the stock price Target the NASDAQ, which requres a $3 stock price, but rumors say that there will be a flood of 98,000,000 shares to dillute the stock (and share price). Now that Raoul has investors money and is focusing upon the BIG MEAL ticket, his true colors come out and he continues to treat his investors like dirt. There are many more conflicting statements that can be said. These guys might pull this thing off, but the confusion that has surrounded every action by these guys suggests that they are driving blind Raoul, get this thing over with so we can go our separate ways! --Rick
