I love Spainsh wine though... from Red Carpet Wine email ------------------- 2004 Borsao 'Tres Picos' Garnacha $12.85 This is one of our most popular Spanish wines. We sold out of our first 3 shipments but we were just able to secure some more. The marvelous 2004 Borsao Tres Picos, made from a hillside vineyard of old vine Grenache, comes from the region of Campo de Borja. I visited the region back in February 2001. Lots of old vine Garnacha whereever you looked. All it would take was someone committed to quality to turn it a blockbuster best buy. The wine boasts a deep and sumptuous aroma of garrigue (roasted herbs), kirsch liqueur, and plums. Medium-bodied, with terrific fruit, excellent purity, and a long finish, it is a super value to enjoy over the next 2-3 years. Match with grilled chicken, lamb, salmon or a pork tenderloin.
