I know, and respect, wolfdog from correspondence I've had with him on other stocks. I believe his comments were sincere and meant to help explain why the stock might have become soft recently. I don't agree with him, but certainly his guess was plausible.
Wolfdog, I hope you continue to visit this board and receive a warmer response from my fellow investors in ELAMF !
Regarding the Mexican GDP growth, just as a high GDP can lead to high US inflation, so can a high Mexican GDP. Mexican inflation is not good for ELAMF because many of its expenses are in Mexican Pesos (though the revenues are denominated in US dollars).
Also, the Mexican GDP may not be as important as the US and Asian growth as most of the products ELAMF sells are to US comanies which sell to the entire world, but especially the US and probably Asia.
Overall, I don't think the ELAMF story has changed. Business appears to be going well and eventually ELAMF will probably have some type of announcment that makes the price jump. In the meantime, things could get sleepy here. Also, the low volume could account for some decent price swings in either direction. |
