It would NOT be that difficult to close off our southern border. WHY doesn't Bush just say that we need an impenetrable southern border and tell congress how much it will cost? Bush can tell congress he needs 100 billion for Iraq and so many billion for Afghanistan and 100 billion for New Orleans, but he CAN'T seem to tell congress he needs a FEW billion to make our southern border secure. We'll probably have to have some terrorists come up through Mexico and hit us before the "idiot" Bush will pay any attention.
