Power struggle between the CEO and the board, I guess. Certainly not the first round either but it looks like the board won the final round.
At a price though, at least in the short term.

For what purpose? That is a good question with many options open. Only time will prove. My take is that VTSS will now be acquired, in full or possibly split up by end of a possible acquisition. All of that should easily carry VTSS to at least 4-5 or likely even higher than that IMO.

But then again, I am not a prophet.
