Well, the chart formations do allow for a possibility of an important top - with all those potential ED's all around. McHugh (?sp) writes about identifying a 4th "Hindenburg" in a row - fwiw. Volatility of the kind we had - with sharp down days, followed by a 9:1 up volume day - from what I read, also appears to be more likely to precede declines. Bearish seasonality and the pending 4 year cycle low are something which very few are talking about at this time, and which will become more real as soon as we see even a minor lower low. And - what is happening with gold is somewhat scary. Hard to tell whether it is a blow off emotional top in the making, or a sign of a serious dislocation.
