Sorry that I was unclear. The point that I am trying to make is that UFAB and GIFI are both in the same niche, therefore it is interesting to compare the 2. As far as I have been able to study the 2 companies, I have come to the preliminary conclusion that UFAB is fairly valued on the basis of its 1997 earnings (30x earnings of UFAB vs 23.67x earnings of GIFI). But I have to admit that I am not in the possession of the UFAB prospectus and that there is no consensus estimate of 1998 earnings available for UFAB. For GIFI it is $2.19.
