Industrial RE is going to be strong in those fast growing inexpensive markets for years to come. Dallas, Atlanta ect..

Reminds me of 1999 when everyone was looking at the dotbombs, Cisco, JDSU. Who cared about Auto Zone, Humana or Philip Morris..old school stuff<g>
