Bank of America is going higher for the same reason that JC Penneys is going higher. Hedge fund and portfolio managers open up their play book. It says that when the Fed stops raising rates, buy banks and retailers. Noone has any appreciation for the situation we are in. There is no historical precedent. When the market comes to that conclusion, the fireworks will begin.
