As we speak.... no write.... !

Rock is submitting a writ to the BC government. I have been unable to talk to Mr. Kennedy for about a week now but that was the status when I talked to IR this week. Time is relative! I suppose in the big picture Royal Oak got there settlement quickly. Inco too. Rock is a little guy, they'll have to work harder but precedence for compensation has been "set".(IMHO) I believe they have a good case. Certainly much better than the other companies who did not have either a mine infrastructure or even working on the property.

Obviously a settlement of $15,000,000 would jump the share price, but it would give Rock the ability to purchase other properties as well as fully financing Coiron without going back to the market in the future.

I wish us all great luck with this one !!
