Colorado and other states that heavily use migrant workers, has perhaps finally understood the difference of LEGAL and ILLEGAL....I'm from there long ago... Years ago, the ILLEGALS came in, worked, and went home. Now, most of them stay because our Government didn't stop them and allowed them to break the law. Now, they know they can get around our system by having false ID. Now, they can go to Emergency and get some health care free. Maybe finally, citizens of the US are just plain sick of the situation. Let us hope.
