I'm not really in the debt cleansing causes a deflationary bust anymore. Perhaps a year or 18 months ago I was preparing for that event as being a real possibility..

Cash will only be king in picking up bubble RE much cheaper down the road IMHO but I wonder if even in that scenario anyone will be the true winner if you lose 50% value of your purchasing power and interest rates go to double digits while you wait.
