Sonny, the rumors I'm hearing in Silicon Valley are that Intel should kill 3Q earnings estimates. Of course, if they were going to exceed them by, what was it, 20% or so like they did last year in 4Q, they would have pre-announced by now. So, "kill" may be 5 - 10%, which is in the range and not requiring a pre-announcement. $0.98 to $1.00 per share is my WAG (consensus now $0.91). The only thing I can see holding back Intel is Intel themselves, a'la sandbagging. But, why sandbag going into the strongest quarter?

Don't forget, I said rumors.

Margaret will be right soon. Hi Margaret.

Regards,

Tony
