I'm sure they get emergency care for which they never pay, but is it better than what anyone gets? I was in an ER one night and saw a little hispanic guy sitting in the waiting room with a visibly injured arm. He was still sitting waiting when I left and I didn't get anything like fast care.

I suspect he was illegal, the hospital knew he'd never pay his bill, and they were letting him sit till they treated everybody else.
