Service, service, service, and lack thereof. Combined with utter disrespect for customers. With a dash of outsourcing and phone tree maze hell. Not to even mention the absurd pricing schemes on the website to configure a workable system. No warranty? Pay extra? Add this. Add that. Want all the screws, that'll be extra. Dell has lost whatever it was that distinguished themselves from GTW or HPQ or whatever offbrand. Must have been outsourced to Suresh Nospeaktheenglish in India.
