PFNH .30 up .03 on strong volume

From the redchip report

I really like this:

Perfisans recently announced signing a letter of intent with Taiwan-based Inno-Tech Ltd. to cooperate on the development of products for networking, communication and processor power – all utilizing Perfisans' exclusive Gigabit technology. This will include leveraging the capabilities of Perfisans’ ENA1001 TCP/IP network accelerator chips. Though a large part of Perfisans’ strategy involves selling into the lucrative original OEM market, this deal, once consummated will give Perfisans entrée into the also-lucrative consumer sales and marketing channels which Inno-Tech currently owns. Of note:
Inno-Tech is partnered with consumer electronics maker BenQ Global, which manufactures numerous consumer electronics products such as cell phones, computer monitors and personal computers. It appears BENQ’s investment banking arm is backing Inno-Tech.

This is very good news for Perfisans.

“This is a major step forward,” said To-Hon Lam, President and CEO of Perfisans. “First, it’s yet another powerful
validation of our technology. But it also enables Perfisans to enter into a new market segment, consumer
electronics, with a proven and successful partner. Inno-Tech possesses more than 12 years of experience as a
supplier of consumer electronics components, and it has substantial expertise and business relationships in
place with major consumer electronics manufacturers as well as very strong investment partners.”
