Around 100 protestors -- students, jobseekers and arts and media workers -- occupied the Paris headquarters of the French business daily La Tribune on Tuesday, trying to block the paper's next issue.

The demonstrators handed out a statement saying they had chosen La Tribune because "this is where they create the measures and the mental climate that allow for inequalities and social violence".

Stickers plastered across the building's windows read "La Tribune is Ours", called for the withdrawal of a flexible job contract for small businesses -- similar to the contested youth contract dropped earlier this month -- or bluntly demanded the government's

resignation.
