Re: No. The Israelis lobby has had strong influence in this country long before the S. Baptists rose to power. Granted, but the pro-Israel lobby wasn't powerful to the point of transforming the US into an enlarged replica of Israel, especially as regards terrorism.... Hence the Judeofascists' need to devise 9/11 as a major psych-up ploy to sync US public opinion with Israel's. Today the ideological synchronization between the US and Israel is perfect: both fancy they're a "God-chosen people" threatened by barbaric Islamists; both feel the urgency to fence themselves off from barbaric aliens-cum-terrorists (be they Hispanics or Palestinians); both bill themselves as the only democracy in the world/Mideast; and, last but not least, both resort to warfare and state terrorism as rightful, legitimate ways to assert their supremacist claims....
