Dwight - Love the "Reg S" A very similar "Drama" has been played out here on the AVIT board - Lots of hyping by Management with PR Newswire and lots of REG S stock givaways at 30% discounts with 30 day holds.... Looks like a pattern to me - I hang out there to "Inform" folks to read the SEC filings and judge for themselves - but I may not set myself up for the liability - who needs the grief? People refuse to believe it can happen on NASDAQ - where Intel trades... Well it does - every day in fact. There are "Suckers" born every minute.... Jim
