A couple of weeks ago I talked with Kevin Kreisler, CEO of Veridium. He was pretty conservative, as he had to be about future prospects, in general he placed the income for this year at between $25 and $50 million.

Lets put income in prospective.

From the just released 10KSB Veridium had $ 13,962,113 total income for 2005, carrying that forward and adding in the sales for this year of the Oil Extraction Systems, 6 ethanol plants and 1 meat packing plant so far.

The total income from these present sales is around 6x$1.8 million or $10.4 million for corn oil extraction that assumes that the South African deal will not sell to MeanGreen Biofuels. Thus reducing the income from that sale. Add in the meat packing plant that has adopted the technology at about $2.2 million and we are approaching an additional $13 million added to last years continuing operations and we are at about $26.5 million per year that will be on line and operating by year end. Part of this Oil extraction income is already on line and operating. While the income for this year will be double to quadruple last years income, by year end projected income for 2007 is well above that.

While Veridium has been out actively selling it's corn oil and meat packing plant Oil Extraction and Waste Reduction technology in the US, I have not heard of any effort to sell internationally. Even so African Ethanol has agreed to at least one Corn Oil Extraction System (phase one). As African Ethanol is building 8 ethanol plants 320 mmgy total capacity, I think that this sale could be counted as 8 or even 16 sales (phase one and phase two extractions). (from the news release, "Ethanol Africa is progressive company and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with them on their first and future ethanol facilities. The even bigger indication from this one sale is that Veridium has international interest, which also should mean that the 60+ US ethanol plants are aware and probably interested too.

The last sale bodes well for many more. I expect (my opinion only) is that total sales by the end of 2006 could easily approach $100 million/year income. Not all will be installed. Thus total sales this year will not match total sales.

Gross profit for the COIS(tm) is better than 60%. I don't have a clue as to Net. Other than a guess that the net will be at least 40% probably more (my WAG).
