FYI, for those ostk shareholders who also hold CMKX. From RB, payout on April 28 of $1.50 share according to the usual reliable sources on that board. Not bad. For an investment of $100, 1 million shares at .0001, you get $1.5 million smackers. While CMKX might have been a victim of naked shorting the shareholders will still do OK. Hah, that will show those nasty naked pygmys. ROTFLMAO, IMHO

Late News (rumor) Out of Vegas, 04/20/06

NOt fully confirmed yet but here it is, received today.
1. An R. Williams (might be Randell Williams) had to dump a ton of shares as a settlement for naked shorting, there were plenty of takers (must have value).
2. China paid $1.00 per share for CMKX.
3. MM's owe .47 for naked shorting.
4. Fed owes .03 for interest.
5. Brokers now have money, waiting for money to reach foreign brokers.
6. Money will appear in account that you previously had your shares in.
7. UC's shares proved short (something about them becoming available?).
8. New law says Fed does not have to report printing new money.
9. Report in WSJ says FED printed 3 trillion, story later retracted (someone may want to confirm this).
10. Thinks settlement money tax free. Not sure.
11. Several financial people have resigned or will as result of this.
12. Heard something may happen as early as April 28th.
13. Maheu has a fair number of shares.
14. Stated a fair number of lawsuits but didn't say by who.
15. CIM IPO on horizon. Asked why no advance PR's, stated things needed to be on QT for now so as not to affect things being done. This also the case for all issues related to CMKX.
16. Confident of his sources but does not want to name them because of impending activity surrounding CMKX.
17. Said Tiger Paw is pretty knowledgeable but not the source for this info, nor is info from any board posters.
18. Was not naming names but said he was in the company of some guys in the know.
19. Also mentioned there are some very BIG shareholders, but not by name.
