Masai Barefoot Technology (MBT) are the best shoes I have ever had. I just bought my second pair after wearing my first pair for 3 weeks. A massage therapist told me about them. My back, knees, neck, and hips have never felt better. Wearing them automatically straightens your posture and then helps exercise and build muscles so the posture can be maintained. The only problem is that they are a real investment. $265 a pair. Women may be used to paying this for shoes but I have never spent more than $100 before.
