I dont think either india or china care too much about sub saharan africa or their own former third world status. We are not living in a world of abundance and the haves will jealously guard what they have. It's human nature. There is hope for every continent except africa imho. The middle east is a whole different story as what happens there is unique and not good. The way international politics plays out leads me to the same conclusions. Say it aint so, Joe.
