re illness prevention: on the advice of a good friend who travels almost constantly, I've been putting a small dab of neosporin in each nostril right before I enter the airport. Both my wife and I have stayed healthy after plane trips since we've started doing this over three years ago. We also use it before going into doctor's offices, hospitals, etc.
