You are making a personal attack against me by saying that I don't support the troops. You do that by saying that it's nonsense for me to say that I do.

You say that I am responsible for the failure of the mission by not supporting it. Well first of all there has to be a mission to support. What we have in Iraq is something called mission creep. The mission is not clearly defined. Who's fault is that? When 70% of the troops themselves are saying that they don't see why we are there and they think we should be out of there within one year...that pretty much tells the story about our "mission".

As far as everyday support of the troops in doing their job as defined by an undefined mission...I still support the troops and have called for them getting everything they need. Equipment, medical, veteran's benefits...every type of support of them. This administration has not supported the troops. They don't have the armor they need on their vehicles or even personal body armor. This administration has pushed for reducing veteran's benefits...and you say I don't support the troops. Every American reading this knows the nonsense of your statements about supporting the troops.

And now you want to blame Americans who didn't see the need for an Iraqi invasion for the current Administrative and congressional political paralysis! Republicans completely control what is going on in Iraq. Control of the situation is in the hands of the unitary Executive, Supported Congressionally and even Judicially by the Republicans. But you want to blame me now for the way things are going?

If in fact my position on the war is affecting the leadership of this nation as you suggest...causing them to become paralysed...the whole lot of them should be impeached.

My lord woman...get a grip.
