Dave,
I suspect the folks who are selling their shares are short time
traders getting their 1/2 point profits. To get to $10 means it must
break the wall at $8. This wall is there primarily because warrants
become callable at $8. Once, the wall is broken, it will be a
breeze to $10 and beyond. I estimate this occuring in a month or so.
The warrants are in direct parity to common because if you add $4
and to it, you can buy a common. Warrants at $3.5 + $4 = $7.5 = Price of common. I would expect warrants to always lag behind commons by $4 as the two increase in price.
