Those figures look awfully low. While I doubt that DUV will grow quite as quickly as some predict, I do think that Semi cos will want to spend their cash for cutting edge technologies that can be used for next generation products. Yes, I know there is a lot of talk about mix and match and saving money on non-critical features, but things become obsolete very quickly in this industry, and if things go smoothly it would seem that DUV could become the mainstream technology very soon.
